Before Your Appointment - To ensure a smooth setup process, please have the following ready before the appointment:

⟡ Email Access - Ability to log into an email account on the computer where Smile Care Claims will be set up (to receive the Splashtop installation link).

⟡ Computer Credentials - Username and password for the computer designated for Smile Care Claims.

⟡ Administrator Access - Administrator username and password for the designated computer.

⟡ Dental Software Access - Ability to create or manage user accounts in the Dental Management Software.

⟡ File Sharing Access - Access to the practice's server or NAS device to create a shared folder.

⟡ Scanner Access - Access to the computer connected to the office scanner.
